Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 7 calendar days, we only offerer exchange and store credit at this time no monetary refund. If 7 days after carrier noted delivery  have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or an exchange, your sale will be considered FINAL.

An email with the return label will be sent to the email you provide to us at checkout, the return label must be scanned by carrier no later that 2 business days after label was sent.  If the label is not scanned 2 business days after label was sent, the exchange will be null and void and we will cancel the return label and refund the label cost  to you and your item will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return ( PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO INITIATE THE RETURN PROCESS)  please see start a return tab in the menu below. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt/proof of purchase (order confirmation with order number)

 

Shipping Return Item(s)

To return your product ( PLEASE SEND US AN EMAIL TO START THE RETURN PROCESS) please see start a return link.

Once the return process have been initiated, we will send a return label invoice via email, after payment a printable return label will be emailed to you. Attach the label to the package and mail your item(s) to us no later than 2 business days after label was sent.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
A $5.00 processing fee will be deducted form store credit issued.

If you choose to return your item without our shipping label you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You must email tracking info to Us if you are not using our return label.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return item(s).
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and an electronic store credit will be sent to your email on file.

If your return is rejected it will be sent back to you at the address you provided at checkout.

Late or missing store credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your email again and your spam folder.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your store credit, please contact us at info@founditgetit.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit, (all sales are final on sale items).

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@founditgetit.com

Start a return

Please be sure to review our full return policy.

To initiate a return please email us at (tap/click on link)  returns@founditgetit.com and state the reason for return. 

we will then send you an invoice to pay for the return label. once label is paid for we will email you a printable return label to attach to your package.

Once we'v received your package we will inform you via email of approval and or denial of your return item(s).

If and when your item(s) are approved, we will process an exchange if applicable or issue you a store credit in the from of an E-gift card.
